Right of Withdrawal (for Standard Goods)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (maligo® OG, Zelda-Kaplan-Weg 14/3, 1100 Vienna, Austria, Email: care@maligotattoo.com, Phone: +43 670 1999062) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Custom Orders/Private Label & Hygiene)
No right of withdrawal exists for contracts concerning the delivery of goods,

that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g., Private Label products with individually designed labels/packaging or other customization according to customer specifications), RIS+2EUR-Lex+2
and/or -
sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. RIS+1
(Note: If an order contains both standard goods and custom-made goods, the right of withdrawal applies only to the standard goods.)
Consequences of Withdrawal (only if a right of withdrawal exists)
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
