Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene items and sample sets), a return is generally excluded if the products have been opened, unsealed, or used.

Exclusion of Returns

Please note that we do not grant a right of return for the following items:

  • Opened Cosmetics & Private Label Products: As these are hygiene items, any claim for return or withdrawal expires as soon as the original seal is broken or the product has been used.

  • Sample Sets & Samples: Our specially assembled sample sets are completely excluded from returns and exchanges.

  • Personalized Products: Goods made to customer specifications.

  • Sale Items: Products from special promotions or vouchers cannot be returned.

Exceptions: Damages and Defects

The only exception is the delivery of damaged or incorrect goods. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at care@maligotattoo.com so that we can review the case and provide a replacement.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this is subject to strict conditions for our products:

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG / Art. 16 letter e of Directive 2011/83/EU).

This means: Once you break the seal of a cosmetic product or a Private Label item, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal (only for originally sealed goods)

If the goods are still originally sealed and unopened, you can declare your withdrawal within 14 days to Maligo OG, Zelda-Kaplan-Weg 14/3, 1100 Vienna, Austria, Email: care@maligotattoo.com.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The immediate costs of the return shipment are borne by the buyer.

  • Refund: We will process this within 14 days of receiving the unopened goods via the original payment method.
