We deliver our Private Label aftercare products safely and reliably to your address of choice. Since these are personalized products, delivery time only begins once your design has been received.

Austria: 10–15 business days
Europe: 15–20 business days

Please note: business days refer to Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Important Shipping Information for Non-EU Countries
Please note that we generally cannot offer free shipping for deliveries outside the EU. We reserve the right to charge the actual shipping costs incurred afterward.

Handled via DHL Express (DAP) – Shipping is carried out in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 as DAP (Delivered At Place). For you as the recipient, this means: we organize and pay for transport to your address. You are responsible for all import-related duties: import VAT and any customs duties are not covered by us and must be paid by you directly to the courier or customs. Additional fees: further costs may apply that are beyond our control (e.g. bank transaction fees or exchange rate fees on international transfers). These are to be borne entirely by the customer.
