Yes. With a valid VAT ID (outside Austria) you order tax-free. Just enter your VAT ID at checkout and the VAT is removed automatically.

Yes. Orders from €250 ship free within the EU, and sample sets always ship free within the EU. All details are on our Production & Shipping page.
When will I receive my order?
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are business days (Monday to Friday). For products with your own print files, the delivery time starts one day after we receive your artwork approval. Without print files, it starts one day after the contract is concluded and paid in full.
Austria:
Delivery time: 10–15 business days after artwork approval

maligo® Tattoo Care is care for freshly tattooed skin. The soft texture is easy to dose and spreads gently without clumping. Apply a thin layer several times a day as needed, using gentle circular motions.

Yes. You can use different logos on the lid and the front, and choose colours and backgrounds freely. Just note that the back label always has a black background.

maligo® is a real passion project. Our formulas are made together with a small family business in Bulgaria with many years of experience.
To keep quality high and service fast, labelling, final quality control and shipping happen at our location in Vienna.
What texture do maligo® products have?
What texture do maligo® products have?
We offer two textures, depending on what you prefer:
- maligo® Aftercare Butter: High-quality plant butters make it especially soft and creamy. It melts slightly on the skin, so it spreads gently without pressure.
- maligo® Aftercare Jelly: The Jelly has a classic, smooth gel texture. It leaves a light film on the skin that doesn't feel heavy.
Good to know: Firmness can vary a little with temperature (softer in summer, firmer in winter). That's completely normal and doesn't affect quality. Questions? Write to us at care@maligotattoo.com.
