Can I order a sample beforehand to check the quality?

Yes, absolutely! We understand that before placing a larger order, you'd like to experience the feel and quality for yourself. That's exactly why we put together our Sample Set.

Can I order tax-free with a valid VAT ID?

Yes, with a valid VAT ID (outside of Austria), you can order tax-free. Simply enter your VAT ID directly at checkout – VAT will then be automatically excluded.

How do I order from maligo®?

1. Choose your product and configure it step by step.

2. Upload your logos or send them to us at print@maligotattoo.com.

3. Simply place your order – you'll receive an order confirmation by email afterward.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. You can find more details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times refer to business days (Monday to Friday). For products with customer-supplied print data, the delivery period begins one day after receipt of the design. Without customer-supplied print data, it begins one day after conclusion of the contract and full payment.

Austria:
Delivery time: approx. 10–15 business days after print approval

Europe:
Delivery time: approx. 15–20 business days after print approval

How do I need to provide my design?

What is maligo® Tattoo Care and what is it used for?

maligo® Tattoo Care offers premium care for stressed and tattooed skin. Its delicate texture allows for precise application and gently nourishes the skin without clumping. Suitable for both tattoo artists and end consumers. Apply the tattoo aftercare thinly, several times a day as needed, using gentle circular motions!

Can I use different logos on the lid and the front?

Yes, you can use different logos on the lid and the front. Colors and backgrounds are freely customizable. Just note that the back label always has a black background.

Where is maligo® manufactured?

maligo® is truly a passion project: our cream is produced in close collaboration with a small, family-run business in Bulgaria with years of expertise.

To guarantee the highest quality and fast service, labeling, final quality control, and shipping all take place directly from our location in Vienna.

What texture do the maligo® products have?

We offer two different consistencies, depending on your preference:

- maligo® Aftercare Butter: Thanks to high-quality plant butters, it's especially soft and creamy. It melts slightly on contact with the skin, allowing it to spread gently and without pressure.

- maligo® Aftercare Jelly: The Jelly has a classic, smooth gel consistency. It forms a light protective film that soothes the skin without feeling heavy.

Good to know: Firmness can vary slightly depending on temperature (e.g., softer in summer, firmer in winter). This is completely natural and doesn't affect quality. If you have any questions, reach us at care@maligotattoo.com.
