Shipping policy

We deliver our Private Label Aftercare products safely and reliably to your preferred address. Since these are customized products, the delivery time begins only after we have received your design.

  • Austria: 10 - 15 business days

  • Europe: 15 - 20 business days

Please note: Business days refer to Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Important Shipping Information for Non-EU Countries

Please be advised that we generally cannot offer free shipping for deliveries to countries outside the European Union. We reserve the right to charge the actual shipping costs incurred retrospectively.

Processing via DHL Express (DAP) Shipping is carried out according to Incoterms® 2020 as DAP (Delivered At Place). For you as the recipient, this means:

  • We organize and pay for the transport to your address.

  • You are responsible for all import-related charges: Import VAT and any applicable customs duties are not covered by us and must be paid by you directly to the carrier or the customs office.

Additional Fees Additional costs beyond our control may occur (e.g., transaction fees from your bank or exchange rate fees for international transfers). These are to be borne entirely by the customer.
