Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene items and sample sets), returns are generally excluded once products have been opened, unsealed, or used.

Exclusion from Returns Please note that we do not offer a right of return for the following items:

  • Opened cosmetics & private label products: As these are hygiene items, any right to return or withdrawal expires once the original seal has been broken or the product has been used.
  • Sample sets & samples: Our specially curated sample sets are fully excluded from return and exchange.
  • Personalized products: Items manufactured to customer specification.
  • Sale items: Products from special promotions or vouchers cannot be returned.

Exceptions: Damage and Defects The only exception is delivery of damaged or incorrect goods. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us right away at care@maligotattoo.com so we can review the case and arrange a replacement.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal Customers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for our products this is subject to strict conditions:

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG / Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

This means: once you break the seal on a cosmetic product or a private label item, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal (only for goods with original seal intact) If the goods are still in their original, unopened, sealed condition, you may declare your withdrawal within 14 days to Maligo OG, Zelda-Kaplan-Weg 14/3, 1100 Vienna, Austria, email: care@maligotattoo.com.

  • Return shipping costs: The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
  • Refund: We will process this within 14 days of receiving the unopened goods, via the original payment method.
